AMC of Intercom System

Annual Maintenance Contract for the Epabx, PRI Card, Intercom Card, SLT Extant ion Card CPO and Power Supply. The Annual Maintenance Contract shall be Non-comprehensive and includes repairing and service of all hardware including Intercom systems, Epabx , PRI Card, CPO, and Power Supplies.

PAYMENT TERMS
The Amc Amount Shall be paid in one instalment, on date of the commandment of the contract.

CONTRACT TYPE
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)which is of two type:
1. Comprehensive Amc.
2. Non- Comprehensive Amc.

COMPREHENSIVE AMC
In the Comprehensive Amc ,the analysis of breakdown/faults in the hardware and repairing /Service is taken care of by the service provider. this includes spare parts replacement Apart from this, preventive maintenance is also done, on a pre-determined/ agreed to frequency.

NOTE: It excludes all physical mishandling or damages.

NON- COMPREHENSIVE AMC
This is similar to a comprehensive AMC, but in this the cost of spare parts replacement must be bome by the customer. This usually means only service Preventive maintenance on hardware bread down.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Period of the contract is mentioned and specify on the Annul Maintenance Agreement.
2. The Customer shall be responsible for providing proper power source to the equipments.
3. This contract is not covered if equipments are burnt dues any reason.
Contract is not Covered if any intentional/un-intentional physical damage is cause to the equipments. Contract does not covered misuse, abuse and force major condition like earthquakes, Floods, lightening, Etc. strikes and other social disturbances.
4. The AMC agreement shall not covered any kind of penalty-
5. In case of any dispute regarding the AMC contract the decision will be taking by both the Parties…and Vision telecom & Securities will be the final.
6. If any product goes on repairing so instead of that Vision telecom do not provide any Product in the exchange of that.
7. The problem will be solve within 48 hours form the time of complain.
8. Complain will be received by E Mail with detail (like Ext number, place etc) on ([email protected]) only.
9. If there is any delay in maintenance will negotiate.
10. If full and final amount of the Invoice & AMC are not received, we do not provide Warranty of goods, services, etc. & services will be chargeable in advance.
11. AMC contract is not covered public & national holidays.
12. Will providing ladder and etc for working.
